Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery times

• United States: free shipping, usually 7-15 business days.
• Europe and other countries: usually 8-20 business days. Rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us with your order number and we will help.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
