You can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.
To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, contact us with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover the cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
